Petar Radaković
Chairman of the Board

Petar Radaković graduated from the Faculty of Economics.
He started his career in 1973 as an associate at a regional employment office in Bjelovar.
In 1975, he transferred to Kreditna banka Zagreb - Bjelovar branch to work as a loan officer and an analyst/planner. He was
promoted to head of the Accounting Department. In the period between 1979 and 1984, he was the head of Accounting, Assets,
Planning, Analysis and Electronic Data Processing Division at Bjelovarska banka. From 1985 to 2000, he was the Acting Director, Director, and Chairman of the Board of Bjelovarska banka.
In 2000, after the bank merged with Trgovačka banka Zagreb and Čakovečka banka, he became Chairman of the Board of Erste &
Steiermärkische Bank Zagreb. Following Erste Bank Vienna's purchase of Riječka banka, in the period between 2002 and 2003, he was at the helm of Riječka banka. After Erste & Steiermärkische Bank Zagreb and Riječka banka Rijeka merged, he became Chairman of the Board of the new bank - Erste & Steiermärkische Bank Rijeka, the third biggest bank in Croatia.

Tomislav Vuić
Deputy Chairman of the Board

Tomislav Vuić graduated from the Zagreb Faculty of Law, after which he
passed the bar examination and the bankers' exam.
1990 marks the start of his career when he got his first job in Zagreb-based Zadravec/Žurić law firm. In 1995, he became partner in
Žurić and Partners law firm.
In 1996, he became the Executive Manager of Trgovačka banka Zagreb. From 1998 to 2000, he was a Member
of the Board. Later he moved on to become the Chairman of the Board of Trgovačka banka.
In the merged Erste & Steiermärkische Bank Zagreb he was the Deputy Chairman of the Board (2000-2002), after which he became Chairman
of the Board (2002-2003). Following the merger of Erste & Steiermärkische Bank Zagreb and Riječka banka Rijeka, he was appointed Deputy
Chairman of the Board of the merged Erste & Steiermärkische Bank Rijeka, the third biggest bank in Croatia.

Boris Centner
Member of the Board

Boris Centner graduated from the Zagreb Faculty of Economics, after which
he passed the broker exam and the bankers' exam. He further studied long-term financing with AIB International
Consultants in Dublin, Ireland.
He started his career in 1990, as senior finance clerk in Trgovačka banka Zagreb. Between
1992 and 1995, he first served as Division Manager and later as Trgovačka banka Corporate Department Manager. From 1995 to 2000, he
was a Member of the Board of Trgovačka banka, and from 2000 to 2003, he was a Member of the Board of Erste & Steiermärkische Bank Zagreb,
which was formed by the merger of Trgovačka, Čakovečka and Bjelovarska banka.
When in 2003 Erste & Steiermärkische Bank Zagreb
and Riječka banka Rijeka merged, he became a Member of the Board at the merged Erste & Steiermärkische Bank Rijeka, the third
biggest bank in Croatia.

Slađana Jagar
Member of the Board

Slađana Jagar graduated from the Zagreb Faculty of Economics.
She started her career in 1990 in Trgovačka banka. In the period between 1990 and 2000, she was the head of the Accounting Department.
During that time she also headed the Internal Audit Department, after which she became a Member of the Board at Trgovačka banka.
Her responsibilities at the time included: payment transactions, control and analysis, and IT.
In the period spanning from 2000 to 2002, she was at the helm of the Internal Audit Department of Erste & Steiermärkische Bank Zagreb.
Following Erste Bank's purchase of Riječka banka, she became a Member of the Board at Riječka banka from 2002 to 2003. After the merger
of Erste & Steiermärkische Bank Zagreb and Riječka banka Rijeka, she was appointed a Member of the Board at the merged Erste &
Steiermärkische Bank Rijeka, the third biggest bank in Croatia.
