The cause of the request for zero-order security keys from the TAN card lies in the settings of the Internet browser. You need to go to the "Tools" menu to choose "Internet options", in your internet browser. This opens the "Internet options" window within which you need to select the "Privacy" menu, and "Edit" option (unless you have v.6.0.28x IE) or the "Sites" option (for newer versions of Internet Explorer). Selecting these options opens a window with the input content being "erstebank.hr". You need to chose "erstebank.hr" from the list of domains and click "Remove" and close the window. After going to the login page of NetBanking again, you will no longer be asked to enter keys from row 0 and column 0 of the TAN card.
