- How to create a template for payment to the same recipient?
Working with templates simplifies the payment of bills which are repeated on a regular basis. A template is a payment order created in advance based on which you can conduct a new payment. Selecting "Templates", which is located within the "Payments" menu, you will be shown a list of all created templates for transfers between accounts, payment orders and foreign currency orders. Here, you can create a new template, modify or delete an existing template, or review all transactions carried out by each template as well as conduct a transaction using a template. To create a new template, select "Transfers between accounts", "Payment order" or "Foreign currency order" in the drop-down menu, depending on the type of template you wish to create. Then on the screen that appears, enter the required information and press "Check", and then the "Confirm" (similar to conducting a transaction, which is described in detail later). Once the template has been created, you can initiate a transaction by pressing on the name of the template. This opens the template and, if necessary you can change some of the data (eg, amount, or a reference number). This is followed by verification and confirmation of the transaction. Also, all previous transactions can be used to create new transactions (orders). It is a process that copies the data from the existing to the new order. In the new order any of the prescribed data can be changed. This means that in the overview of transactions, you can select one of the old transactions (completed, non-completed, announced, canceled - for faster and easier location of specific transactions, we recommend the use of filters) and pressing "Enter new" which will open a new order with data copied from the old. It is necessary to make the changes you want (change the date, amount...), check by pressing "Check" and then confirm by clicking on "Confirm".
