Scammers are pretending to be Erste Bank and sending emails with a link that leads to a fake login page for NetBanking, where they ask for an update of a new mToken.

The message contains false information to encourage you to click on the link and steal your login information that you would normally use to access your finances. Additionally, scammers sometimes call clients and falsely identify themselves as our Contact center.

In any case, do not click on such links and do not enter or share your credentials and activation codes!

If someone asks you for such information, you can be sure that it is an attempt at fraud.
