refinancing of expenses related to necessary permits, decisions, approvals and documents pursuant to energetics regulations

refinancing a housing loan in a different bank


Loan Without a Mortgage

up to 75,000 euro:

  • consent to wage garnishment and a promissory note, both solemnized

from 75,000.01 to 225,000 kuna

  • Consent to wage garnishment and a promissory note, both solemnized
  • 10% of term cash deposits pledged to the Bank or other instruments of your own choosing (life insurance policy with surrender value, tariff T6 housing savings of Wüstenrot stambena štedionica d.d. shares in investment funds of Erste Asset Management or a combination of these collaterals) or solidarity guarantee




Loan With Mortgage

  • Mortgage in minimum ratio of 1:1.11 or a lower ratio mortgage and a term cash deposit pledged to the Bank.
  • Real-estate insurance policy, life insurance policy or accident insurance policy to the benefit of the Bank
  • Consent to wage garnishment and a promissory note, both solemnized

The Bank reserves the right, in its discretion, to request additional security instruments


If you do not have resources to fund a purchase downpayment, two housing loans can be approved - one with mortgage collateral and second one without a mortgage. No-mortgage loans can be used to fund max. 225,000 Kuna, and amount that exceeds the downpayment can be used to furnish or renovate the real-estate.
