According to the "First Choice Employer" survey of the MojPosao portal conducted in 2018 and 2019 – with almost 20 000 participants – Erste Bank is one of TOP20 employers in Croatia.
As crucial factors of attractiveness of a particular employer, respondents highlighted harmonious relationships in the workplace (31%) and job security (30%).
In third place is the social responsibility of the employer, which 30% of respondents rated as a crucial factor, and in fourth place the company's image in the world of business (20%).
