Erste's app Redomat available at Jadranski Square as well

Rijeka, 30 July 2015 – The Redomat app has been made available for clients that do business at Erste banka's branch office at Jadranski Square in Rijeka. The app, available for iPhone and Android devices, allows clients to place themselves in a queue at a desired branch office, or to schedule an appointment with an advisor, and notifies clients of their place in the queue.

The Redomat app was first presented last year and, as the technical requirements are being met, the number of branch offices at which clients can use the app has been gradually increasing. Thus the app is currently used at 90 branch offices across Croatia and has been downloaded nearly 18,000 times from Google Play and AppStore so far. In addition, the data shows that Erste banka's clients have used the Redomat app to book their place in the queue nearly 90,000 times, most frequently in branch offices in Cakovec, Ogulin, Zagreb (Spansko), Rijeka (Zamet) and Bjelovar.

Upon launching the app, the users see a map that displays all of the branch offices in their vicinity. An indicator shows how busy a particular branch office is, that is, it shows the average wait time at the branch office in the past 30 minutes. After choosing the branch office, the user is informed how many people are currently in the queue, and after getting their number users can opt to be informed when they are third, sixth or ninth in the queue, and finally, when they are next in the queue. In addition, the app offers the option of scheduling an appointment with an advisor. After the user chooses a branch office and schedules an appointment, the advisor will contact the user by phone to confirm the proposed time of the appointment or suggest a new one.

The Redomat app is the result of Erste banka's cooperation with the company Infinum and Erste Group's special unit – Bee.One, which is in charge of creating innovative solutions and implementing them at Erste Group's member banks. The app can be downloaded free of charge directly from Google Play or AppStore, by visiting http://bankarenje.hr/redomat on a mobile device or by scanning the QR code on Erste banka's promotional materials.
