Erste bank makes donations to mark the opening of its Krapina branch office

Krapina, 5 September 2016 – To mark the opening of a new branch office in Krapina, situated in Ivana Rendica 23 street, Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. (Erste banka) made donations to the Association for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities Krapina, Gustav Krklec nursery school and the City Wind Orchestra from Krapina, amounting to a total of HRK 30,000.

The new branch office in Krapina is the 132nd business unit of Erste bank in Croatia and the second in Krapina-Zagorje County. The branch office employs six workers and it will provide all types of retail financial services to the clients, starting from opening current account to savings, loans, credit cards, financial consulting and a wide portfolio of Erste Group’s products, as well as money transfer services for legal persons.

The new branch office spreads on 165 square meters and one of its three teller stations is specially adjusted for operating with disabled persons. That teller station contains special features which enable that segment of clients to conduct all their business in a simple and accessible manner.

To mark its opening, Krapina branch office will offer special benefits to all its new clients:

  • opening of a current account with no fees charged for issuing the current account card and the PIN, as well as no e-banking service fees during the first six months of its use
  • 50% lower loan processing fees
  • 15% higher interest rates for savings amounting to EUR 25,000.

The working hours of the newly-opened Erste Bank branch office in Krapina will be from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday and from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Saturdays. Within the office, clients have an ATM, at their disposal twenty-four hours. Day and night depository is located at Frana Galovica 9.
