You may continue to withdraw funds on all ATMs, as well as perform debit and credit card transactions at retail points of sale.

We are intensively working on resolving the technical problems and will promptly notify you of further developments.

We would like to emphasize that this situation has no connection with the hacker or, so-called, ransomware attack reported by the media. As we have already pointed out, the difficulties are of a technical nature and we are currently working on resolving the issue.
