Erste Asset Management (EAM) fund management company will not charge entry fees on the YOU INVEST funds or exit fees on the Erste Adriatic Bond fund and the Erste Adriatic Equity fund in the period until the end of 2017, regardless of sum or term of investment.

In addition, The EAM will charge reduced fees for the management of Erste Euro-Money, Erste Local Short Term Bond and Erste Adriatic Short Term Bond funds until 31 October 2017. Fees have been reduced from 0.5%, 0.7% and 0.5% to 0.10%, 0.35% and 0.25% on an annual basis.

The investment concept under the umbrella term YOU INVEST was launched in 2014. It refers to three investment funds: Solid, Balanced and Active, which mostly invest in global bond markets and differ in the maximum exposure limits to stock markets.

The investment goal of each of the three available funds is to increase the value of invested funds and to achieve profit according to the principle of "absolute return," which means that the funds do not refer to a single market. Global diversification of the portfolio ensures their high liquidity and adequate allocation of risk.

Erste Asset Management manages nine open-end funds, two alternative funds with a private offering and individual private portfolios. Aside from the aforementioned funds, the company also manages the following funds: Erste Money, Erste PB1 and Erste Exclusive.

As of 30 September 2017, the total assets under management of Erste Asset Management in Croatia, including the private portfolio management service, exceeded HRK 5.3 billion.
