Erste Card Club (ECC) has presented the NaOku.hr, a free web app that provides users with a detailed overview of payment transactions and card transactions at points of sale, the option to create reports and to download information on fee costs in digital form (so-called invoices and specifications). This application is meant for all ECC business partners with whom ECC has a contract on acceptance of payment cards at points of sale (Diners Club, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and Discover). It was developed to provide them with additional operations control with respect to payment cards acceptance and to simplify access to business and financial data.
In addition to total turnover at points of sale, the application provides records of card transactions at each individual point of sale, as well as transactions for each contracted card brand separately. It also allows for reports in CSV or XLSX format to be generated, either by using an existing report template, or one created on your own, with 20 different types of data at your disposal.
At the same time, the application provides an overview of fees per contracted card brand during the previous monthly billing period. Users can create a transaction report based on each Notice received, with data according to their business needs. All notices are available for the current and previous year and can be downloaded digitally.

The NaOku.hr portal can be used by all business partners of Erste Card Club with contracts on card acceptance service at their points of sale. To use the service, you need to register by filling out the Request for access to the portal, available on the ECC website www.erstecardclub.hr and by sending an e-mail to naoku_registracija@ecc.hr, or by mail at the Erste Card Club address.
