How we work on the day of parliamentary elections

We are bringing information about the operation of our branches and other services on April 17, 2024.
 

Branches and Contact centre

Our branches and Contact centre will not be opend during the parliamentary elections in Croatia on April 17, 2024 in accordance with the Law on the Election of Members of the Croatian Parliament.
 

External bank payments, card payments and use of ATMs

Payments between accounts maintained in different banks (external bank payments) will be made on the next working day, in accordance with the Payment Transaction Execution Schedule.

Please note that external bank payments, set in advance with an execution date of April 17, 2024, will be made on the next business day.

On the other hand, we will regularly make payments between accounts maintained in Erste Bank, and you will be able to pay with payment cards and withdraw cash from ATMs.
 

Direct debits

If you have contracted direct debits, provide sufficient funds in the account in a timely manner for the recipient's order to be successfully executed. If you do not have sufficient funds in your account at the time of direct debit collection, the recipient's order will be declined. In such a situation, the further collection procedure will be regulated between the recipient and you as the payer.
